We are created to come alongside you, teach you, strengthen you, and help you heal and recover. We will help you fight and win your battles: spiritually, emotionally, and physically. You will learn to pick up the tools and use them yourself. We will empower you to take dominion over your life and break free of the strongholds or forms of bondage that have kept you from living the life you were created for. First Responders & Veterans
First and foremost: Thank you for your service to our country. Thank you for keeping us safe, saving our lives, and fighting for freedom. You are celebrated here. It’s our great honor to serve you. Our program specifically caters to the warrior and the protector. The men who have risked their lives to save others. The men who have sacrificed so that others can have a better life. We honor you.
We place special emphasis on processing and healing from trauma and traumatic events. We provide daily opportunities to engage in physically demanding workouts and physical activity. We have a gym on-site and also adventure into nature regularly. We believe it’s important for men to harness their adrenaline so they will be able to lord over it. In other words, control it. There are times to let adrenaline surge like during an epic trail run and bench pressing. We provide these outlets.
Our Program is Not for Everyone
Throttle & Thrive is specifically created and designed for men . The Warrior class of man. The men who have served our country and then men who continue serving today. The men who have faced incredible danger and risked his life so that other may live and for our freedoms. We focus on masculinity and men’s identity. We look closely at how men are created, built, and designed to function. We empower men to be men. We hope to open a women’s facility in the future. For now, Throttle & Thrive is only for men.
We exclusively serve law enforcement, active duty military, veterans, police, sheriffs, first responders, firemen, paramedics and dispatchers.

Is this a 12 step program?
Yes. We will take you through the 12 steps. It’s ok if the 12 steps haven’t worked for you before or if you’re hesitant about them. We are confident our approach to recovery and the 12 steps will be a new and helpful perspective. Just like anything else, the 12 steps are a tool. They are one of many tools you’ll be learning to use on your journey.
Do I have to believe in God?
No. Everyone is allowed to believe what he wants. We will meet you where you are and respect your beliefs, including the belief that there is no god. Everyone is worthy of dignity and respect.
